The Fourth Wilder

Since I couldn't find my Circle story and I recently found a better one I figured I would share it.
It is a story about a girl named Salestria who is recruited/rescued by, I believe my favorite Omnipotent, Mohsar the Desert Walker. This story is very very well written by a man known as Brandubh in the Privateer Press forums, and can be found here or in the Linky section. Pleasant reading all.

Not to be found.

The Circle story I wrote was not to be found. I searched everywhere in my computer for it, crashed windows explorer multiple times, and didn't find anything close.

In other news we finished up the League at my FLGS tonight, and though I wasn't even close to winning the league, I did win the closing tournament!

It was a 35 point attack or defend scenario, cant remember the name, three control points were spread along the defenders deployment zone. The attacker got a point for each control point he controlled at the end of the game, while the defender got one for each cp they controlled at the end but also could earn one by killing the enemy caster/lock. If the defender wins the round they defend the same table against a new opponent.

I ended up using the pKrueger list every round.

First round I play against Protectorate of Menoth for the first time ever. The only things I remember from his list are:
Caster = The Harbringer
Avatar
Some other light jack
4ish solos
lots and lots of infantry
I ended up winning on turn 2 with a caster kill and 4 control points when he ran Harbringer up to far to tie up the druids. I geomancied chain lighting into the solos twice and he martyred multiple times Harbringer taking 5 damage total. Then Pureblood sprays a solo catching the Harbringer for all but one last damage which Krueger took care of with his feat.

Round to was against Circle his list as I can remember:

He killed my Feral with his charging Feral on turn 2. Those amazing dice stayed with him the whole game and mine whiffed continually. I still managed to keep him away from the cp's and eventually dice down was called without him ever contesting one so I got the 3 cp's

last round was against Cryx:
Caster = Unknown but it was a chick with base armor 20 I think but I may be wrong
an arc node
a heavy amphibious jack with ghost shot
another jack not sure if it was light or heavy
lots of infantry
This game saw Krueger, the pureblood,and the blackclad all mow through a lot of infantry but his caster also was at armor 23 when I tried to kill her so that failed. He ended up Shooting Krueger without contesting a cp just to end it so I got the last 3 points for the win.

The last game was kind of anti-climactic I know but I'm not complaining

I will try to get more information on my opponents lists and post them later.

Whiff

Well my first rambling into blogging was a complete and utter fail. Lets see if I can actually follow through this time.

I will try to find a terrible Circle based story I wrote for a class fall semester of last year and post that, at least that will be something on this page for you to read other than the nonsense so far.
